Family was her greatest treasure. She taught her children and grandchildren from an early age we were the richest people around because we had each other. She taught us you didn’t leave the house without our “faces on”. You always looked your best and never went to bed mad.
To know her was to love her. She was a natural born caregiver. You never left her home hungry for food or love. She was an amazing and loving mother, grandmother, wife, sister, aunt, cousin and friend.
She gave a million free haircuts, cups of coffee and hugs. She loved to dance. She loved a cigarette, cup of strong black coffee, and to eat good food.
She was a true matriarch and the glue that held this family together. She will be missed beyond measure.
Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Ferguson Funeral Home.
