Memorial services for William Ira Newbold, 53, of Anadarko will be held at 10:00 A.M. Wednesday, July 25, 2012 at Squaretop Baptist Church northwest of Anadarko.

William Ira Newbold was born in Marion, Illinois, on September 15, 1958, the son of Harry L. Newbold and Sue J. (Parks) Newbold.  He died on Thursday, July 19, 2012, in Verden.

Willie grew up in High Ridge, Missouri.  He moved to the Verden area in 1990 where he raised his family where he later resided in Washita.  He loved to work on cars and trucks and was employed most of his life as either an auto mechanic or a truck driver.  Willie also enjoyed spending time with family and friends. He loved the outdoors where he would spend many hours fishing, hunting and four-wheeling.

He was preceded in death by:  three grandsons, Braden Moore, Brandon Moore and Domineek Newbold.

Survivors include:  wife, Disa Cool-Newbold of the home; two daughters, Chantelle Williams & husband Steven of Verden and Stefany Moore & husband David of Verden; two sons, Jerry Newbold & wife Stephanie of Chickasha and Harry ‘BooBoo’ Newbold & wife Amanda of Verden; eight grandchildren, Brookelyn Williams, Austin Williams, Bryan Williams, Tristan Moore, Isabella Moore, Dakoda Newbold, Destri Newbold, and Drayedon Newbold of Chickasha; mother of his children, Sandy Paschall of Verden; parents, Harry & Sue Newbold of Luebbering, MO; and siblings, Sammy of Illinois, Richard of Missouri, Albert of Missouri, Peggy of Illinois, Nancy of Missouri, and Helen of Oklahoma; numerous nieces and nephews and many friends.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Ferguson Funeral Home.
