Funeral services for Travis Lynn Grissam, 41, of Chickasha, will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 26, 2021 at Grand Assembly of God Church with Mike Bates officiating and Kevin Quinones assisting.
Travis Lynn Grissam was born September 8, 1979 in Lindsay, Oklahoma, the son of William Darell Grissam and Renita Gail (Dutton) Evans. He died Friday, January 22, 2021 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Travis attended Pioneer and Teague, Texas schools and graduated from Cache High School in 1999.
On December 15, 2001, he married Stormy Ladd and to this marriage his children were born.
Travis worked in horse trailer manufacturing most of his life. He loved the WWE and loved to talk about wrestling, especially with one of his uncles that was a wrestler. He also liked golfing. He had a heart of gold. Travis had a contagious smile and laugh and always had a good time with his best buds Tony, Randal and Derek. He was full of questions and never met a stranger.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents Harold and Hazel Grissam and Betty and Ross Bristow and several aunts and uncles.
Survivors include his children Dustin Ladd, Angel Grissam, Heaven Grissam, Raine Grissam, Brittney Grissam, Montana Grissam and Sheldon Grissam, all of Chickasha; grandson Kaiden Jenkins and soon to be granddaughter Skylar Grissam; mother and step-father Gail and Don Evans of Chickasha; father and step-mother Darell and Carie Grissam of El Reno; mother of his children Stormy Grissam of Chickasha; brother and sisters and their spouses Bonnie and Michael Easley, Todd and Alexis Grissam, Elizabeth Grissam, Kylee and Steven Fiske, Mallory Grissam, Kourtney and Shawn Millwood, Kelly and Brittany Foster, Michael Whittington, Jared and Shawna Wilder, Danielle Evans, Kasey Evans, David and Annie Evans; grandmother Clitha Kilbourne; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Interment will be in Fairlawn Cemetery under the direction of Ferguson Funeral Home.
