Funeral services will be held for Tracey George Crowder, 46, of Chickasha at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, July 30, 2012, at the Calvary Baptist Church with Chuck Patterson officiating.

Tracey George Crowder was born in Elk City on February 23, 1966, the son of Ted W. and Sandra (Richardson) Crowder.  He went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, July 26, 2012, in Chickasha.

Tracey grew up in Chickasha and graduated in 1984 from Chickasha High School.  While in high school he was active with the wrestling team and took part in bench pressing competitions; he was very accomplished in weight lifting.  He later married Vickie Smith and to that union his two sons were born.

Tracey worked at Delta Faucet for twelve years, worked as a truck driver and also had been employed with Grace Living Center.  He was a member of the National Guard and enjoyed outdoor activities, especially fishing and hunting.  He was also a member of Calvary Baptist Church.

Tracey was always a people person.  He was very caring and will be missed by all who knew him.

He was preceded in death by:  his father, Ted Crowder; sister, Georgia Dee Crowder; and grandparents, George & Vena Richardson and Dee & Mary Ellen Crowder.

Survivors include:  sons, Seth Crowder and Dillon Crowder & wife Heather; mother, Sandra Crowder; brothers, Michael Crowder & wife Radeena, Gregory Crowder & wife Karen and Mark Crowder & wife Sandy; sister, Krisandra Brunner & husband Chris all of Chickasha; many loving nieces and nephews and a lot of good friends.

Interment will be in the Rose Hill Cemetery under the direction of Ferguson Funeral Home.
