Memorial services for Terry Lynn Glass, 55, of Cement, will be held by the family Saturday, April 21, 2018 in the Full Gospel Church, Chickasha, Oklahoma with Sister Alice Wendling officiating.
Terry Lynn Glass was born January 10, 1963 in Lawton, Oklahoma to Francis Eugene Glass and Dorothy Lee (Eades) Glass. He died at his home in Cement on Sunday, April 15, 2018.
Terry was raised in Chickasha, Oklahoma most of his life. He loved being with his brothers and sister during his younger years. He enjoyed going to BBQ’s with his family, going fishing and camping at the lake. He liked to sit around playing cards and dominos, slamming down the dominos when he was winning. He loved shooting pool at the pool hall and sometimes he would play basketball with his nephews.
He always loved spending time with his daughter, Jennifer and her family and visiting with his grandbabies. It made his day to see her twin boys.
Terry liked telling jokes and getting people to laugh and was always getting you on a joke. He also enjoyed the outdoors; working on cars, demolition, landscaping and tree trimming.
He loved spending time with Teresa. They had been together the past eight years. She was at home with him taking care of him in the later days of his life.
He was preceded in death by both parents, son, Christopher Lynn Glass, and brothers, Bobby Joe Glass and Ronnie McCurly.
Survivors include his daughter, Jennifer Sue Glass and her husband, Crispin Garcia of Oklahoma City; grandchildren, Andrew Ray Moore, Nathan Conner Moore, Kaiden Chris Lynn Garcia, Karsen Braiden Levi Garcia; brothers, Danny Shepherd, Billy Ray Glass, Gene Lee Glass and wife, Betty, Jeremy Glass and wife, Lisa; sister, Linda Ann Hays and husband, Walter; several nieces and nephews and cousins that loved him to pieces.
He loved each one with all his heart.
Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Ferguson Funeral Home.
