Ruby Helen (DeBusk) Boyce was born February 11, 1945 in Morrill, Kansas to Benjamin F. DeBusk and Odie L. (Ball) DeBusk. She died March 24, 2022 in Chickasha, Oklahoma.
Ruby grew up in Morrill, Kansas where she graduated high school. After high school she was employed with a nursing home.
She married Kenneth L. Boyce in 1965.
She later moved to Avoca, Iowa where she and her husband owned and operated a bar for some time.
Ruby had lived in Kansas, Iowa and later moving to Marlow, Oklahoma where she and her husband owned and operated B & B Concrete.
She also had been employed with HollyTex in Anadarko and Gabriel in Chickasha.
She enjoyed spending time with friends, fishing and reading books.
She was preceded in death by both parents; her husband in 1995; four brothers, Jess, Tillman, Frank and Barney DeBusk; two sisters, LaVone Beach and May Titus.
Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Kevin and Samantha Boyce, of Loveland, Colorado; one sister, Rose Stephens, of Chickasha, Oklahoma; one brother Charles DeBusk of Morrill, Kansas; three grand-daughters, Shelby, Skylar and Savanna Boyce.
