Funeral services for Rebecca Mae Ancheta, 31, of Chickasha, will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, June 8, 2018 in the Ferguson Funeral Home Chapel.
Rebecca Mae Ancheta was born August 15, 1986 in Tyler, Texas. She was the daughter of Pamela (Graves) Smith and Michael Smith. She passed from this life Sunday, June 3, 2018 in Chickasha, Oklahoma.
Becca was super smart and graduated early from Chickasha High School in 2005. She joined the United States Army and served her country for three years.
While in the Army, she married Brison Lipscomb on September 11, 2006 in Korea and to this union their two daughters, Breana and Sophia, were born.
After her military service, she worked as a security guard for the mall in Lawton, Oklahoma and for AFFES in Baumholder, Germany. She then came back to Chickasha and worked as a security shift supervisor for Sequoyah Enterprises and was currently working as a correction officer at the Grady County Law Enforcement Center.
Becca loved her girls and was the best mom, enjoying each moment she had with them. She had recently discovered that she liked growing plants and gardening. She enjoyed cooking and grilling and she also liked going to the lake and loved to swim.
She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Bob Graves; grandmother, Cleta Belle Smith; and great-uncle, Bill Graves.
Survivors include her daughters, Breana and Sophia Lipscomb and their father, Brison Lipscomb; mom and dad, Pam and Michael Smith, of Clarksville, Texas; brothers, Michael Mosley of Chickasha, Dalton Williams of Fremont, Nebraska, and Chase Smith of Clarksville, Texas; sisters, Chantel Smith of Albuquerque, New Mexico and Carrie Fiegel of Freeport, Florida; grandmother, Beth Graves; many nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles, cousins, other loved ones, extended family and friends.
Interment in Fairlawn Cemetery under the direction of Ferguson Funeral Home.
