Funeral services for Perry Neal Pape, 61, of Anadarko will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, March 5, 2021 in the Ferguson Funeral Home Chapel with Travis Clift officiating.

Perry Neal Pape was born January 12, 1960 to Henry Reginald Pape and Mary Maxine (Jensen) Pape in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He died Sunday, February 21, 2021 in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Perry graduated from Mustang High School in 1978. He then went on to attend OSU for drafting. For a time, he worked at Fred Jones in Oklahoma City as a warehouse worker.

In October of 1990, he married Isabella Paxton and to this union his children Lacey Nicole, Sarah Renea, and Jacob Henry were born.

For 15 years Perry worked for Southwest Airlines in customer service until his retirement in 2013. Perry took pride in his work and loved helping customers.

In May of 2006, while working at Southwest Airlines, Perry met the love of his life. They quickly became one and started to share a future together.  On July 7, 2011, Perry and Brenda (Holmes) Fitzgerald- Pape joined hands in marriage. They shared 15 wonderful years together.

Perry was an avid beer can collector. He would hunt in older buildings around Bricktown looking for all the oldest beer cans he could find. He was a proud member of the Brewery Collectibles Club of America (BCCA). He also enjoyed military memorabilia, fishing and taking his children to the family lake house at Lake Tenkiller.

Perry enjoyed playing card games with his family and would leave everyone speechless when he would win every round. He was adventurous and a kid at heart. His pride and joy was his children and grandchildren.  Perry was a loving father, husband and Grampy.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

He leaves behind his wife Brenda of the home: children Lacey Pape of Mustang, Sarah Garcia and husband Severiano of Tuttle, Jacob Pape and girlfriend Amanda Crawford of Mustang; grandchildren Adrian Pape, Paisley Pape and Lillian Garcia; brothers and sister in-law Paul and Elizabeth Pape of Oklahoma City and Phillip and Helen Pape of Oklahoma City; and other extended family and friends.

The viewing for Perry will be Thursday, March 4 th from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Ferguson Funeral Home.

Services and cremation arrangements are under the direction of Ferguson Funeral Home.
