Funeral services for Otis T. Johns, 82, of Chickasha, will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, January 2, 2015 in the Ferguson Funeral Home Chapel with Bill Holly officiating.

Otis T. Johns was born August 14, 1933 in Alfalfa, Oklahoma, the son of Lester Waldon Johns and Edie M. (Lee) Johns. He died at his home in Chickasha Monday, December 28, 2015.

Otis grew up and attended schools in Sarcoxie, Missouri and later, before coming to Chickasha, he lived in Carnegie.

He married Sharon Littrel in Chickasha on August 30, 1967 and they were married until her death.

Otis loved to buy, sell, and trade goods and made a living doing so. He and Sharon enjoyed traveling and being with family. He liked to go camping, fishing, and playing cards. Otis was a very happy person who enjoyed life. He loved his wife, children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and friends very much.

He was preceded in death by both parents, his wife, a daughter, Terri Gail Rudolph, and a brother, Lester E. Johns.

Survivors include his son and daughter-in-law, Les and Patti Johns of Oklahoma City; daughter and son-in-law, Oleta and Pat Rhodes of Missouri; daughter, Omega Van of Chickasha; daughter and son-in-law, Donita and Danny Arbuckle of Blanchard; daughter, Judy Ryals of Muskogee; son, Greg Johns of Chickasha; daughter, Joley Schulte of Sterling; sister and brother-in-law, Janice and Roy Cole of Norman; lifelong friend, Johnny Brookshire of Pampa, Texas; 17 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren; and other extended family and friends.

Services and interment in Cement Cemetery are under the direction of Ferguson Funeral Home.
