Funeral services for Lissa Ann Woody, 30, of Chickasha, will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, June 16, 2017 in the Ferguson Funeral Home Chapel with Richy Large officiating.
Lissa Ann (Hall) Woody was born June 25, 1986 in Norman, Oklahoma, the daughter of Jimmy Evan Hall and Vicki Ann (Capps) Hall. She passed away at her home surrounded by family and friends on Monday, June 12, 2017 in Chickasha, Oklahoma.
Lissa grew up in Pocasset and graduated from Amber/Pocasset High School in 2005. While in high school, she played basketball and softball.
On May 15, 2015, she married the love of her life, Matthew Gerald Woody in Chickasha, Oklahoma.
Lissa worked for World Acceptance Loans for several years and later worked for BancFirst, then moved to MidFirst Bank in 2014, where she was most recently employed until her health required her to retire.
She attended Victory Fellowship Church. Lissa enjoyed her family and loved being a mom. She valued spending time with her children, family, and friends.
She was preceded in death by both maternal and paternal grandparents.
Survivors include her husband, Matt, and children, Kara Morris, Deazil Woody, and Blakelyn Woody, of the home; mother, Vicki Hall, of the home; father and step-mother, Jimmy and Mary Hall, of Pocasset; brother and sister-in-law, Kenny and Sarah Hall, of League City, Texas; sister and brother-in-law, Carrie and Lynn Hodges, of Velma; several nieces and nephews; and other extended family and friends.
Interment will be in Fairlawn Cemetery under the direction of Ferguson Funeral Home.
