Funeral services for Judy Lynn Nottnagel, 71, of Chickasha, will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, January 6, 2016 in the Ferguson Funeral Home Chapel with Kim Hayes officiating.
Judy Lynn Nottnagel was born on June 4, 1944 in Chickasha, Oklahoma, the daughter of Harold Eugene Williams and Betty Lou (Null) Williams. She died December 31, 2015 at her home in Chickasha, Oklahoma.
Judy grew up in Chickasha, Ninnekah and Seminole, and attended Seminole schools. In 1962, she married Vernon Franklin and to this union her three children, Diane, Ronnie and Scott, were born.
She had been employed in Shawnee in the sales department at the Otasco, a manager at Braums, a property manager and the manager of shipping and receiving at Buford-White Lumber Yard.
On November 8, 1980, she married David Lee Nottnagel in Shawnee. Then later in the early 1990’s, she and David moved to Chickasha.
Judy enjoyed reading and cooking. She loved being with her dogs and spending time with her family. She was hugely involved with a local support group.
She was preceded in death by both parents.
She leaves behind her husband, David Lee Nottnagel, of the home; daughter, Marla Diane Meek and husband, Dale, of Shawnee; son, Ronnie Eugene Franklin, and wife, Amy, of Oklahoma City; son, Darren Scott Franklin, and wife, Jaime, of Yukon; brother, Richard Eugene Williams, and wife, Lynne, of Montgomery, Texas; brother, Mark Anthony Williams, and wife, Barbara, of Blanchard; sister, Dana Beth Taylor, and husband, David, of Wewoka; brother, David Michael Williams of Moore; grandchildren, Jessica Meek, John Meek, Bradley Franklin, Brayden Franklin, Hannah Franklin, Aleisha Farquer, Anna Farquer, and Robert Conrady; great-grandchildren, Bently Preston, Baylor Preston, and Khloe Veitenheimer; and other extended family and friends.
Services and interment in Ninnekah Cemetery are under the direction of Ferguson Funeral Home.
