Graveside services for Jordan Laine Jacobs, 30, of Chickasha, will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 30, 2020, at Fairlawn Cemetery with Chuck Patterson of Calvary Baptist Church officiating.
Jordan Laine Jacobs was born March 7, 1990 in Chickasha, Oklahoma, the daughter of John and Donna Jacobs. She went to be with the Lord Sunday, May 24, 2020, in Chickasha, Oklahoma.
Jordan grew up in the Chickasha area, attending and graduating from Rush Springs High School in 2008. She then attended OSU-OKC for a time.
In 2015, she became an Allstate Insurance Agent with Joe Vandervort in Norman, where she was presently employed.
When she was in the first grade, Jordan became saved after a time of devotion and prayer. She liked to hunt, fish, cook and decorate her home for the holidays. She enjoyed animals. Jordan always marched to the beat of her own drum and if ever a quote fit Jordan this one did: “Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don’t matter and those who matter don’t mind.”—Dr. Suess. She was a devoted mother to her two boys, Cooper and Carsten.
Survivors include: her two sons, 7-year-old Cooper Ray Ervin and 16-month-old Carsten Lee Buckley; dad and mom, John and Donna Jacobs of Chickasha; grandparents, Steve and Twila Wojick of Hannibal, Missouri and Joyce Miller of Chickasha; many aunts, uncles, cousins and other extended family and friends.
Services are under the direction of Ferguson Funeral Home.
