Funeral services for Jeannette Caroline Case, 78, of Tuttle, will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, April 20, 2018 in the First Baptist Church of Tuttle with Marty Williams officiating and Fred King and Scott Stearns assisting.
Viewing will be held at the First Baptist Church of Tuttle Thursday, April 19th from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Jeannette Caroline (Carr) Case was born July 13, 1939 in Tuttle, Oklahoma to Clarence Claude Carr and Inez T. (McKeown) Carr. She died Tuesday, April 17, 2018 at her home in Tuttle, Oklahoma.
Jeannette grew up mostly in Tuttle and graduated from Tuttle High School in 1957.
She married the love of her life, Homer LeRoy Case on December 15, 1956 in Tuttle. They enjoyed over 61 years together.
Jeannette took great joy in raising her children and making their house a home. As her children grew up, she was very active in school clubs, parent organizations, and community activities. She was a great cook and loved working in her flower beds. Jeannette was fun and could be quite a prankster. She enjoyed the beach, craft shows, movies, and music. She loved spending time with her family, friends, and especially her grandchildren.
She was very devout in her faith. She enjoyed reading her Bible, teaching Sunday School and helping with many church camps and mission trips. Over the years, Jeannette had attended the First Baptist Church of Tuttle and Heritage Family Baptist Church. She was greatly loved and will be deeply missed.
Jeannette was preceded in death by both parents.
Survivors include her husband, LeRoy, of the home; children, Sherri Streber and husband, Ken of Tuttle, Terri Skaggs and husband, David of Tuttle, Tony Case of Tuttle, Patrick Case of Iron Mountain, Michigan, and Stacie Schmidt and husband, Steven of Tuttle; brother and sister-in-law, Jerry and Pat Carr of Tuttle; twelve grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews and other extended family and friends.

Interment will be in Fairview Cemetery, Tuttle, Oklahoma under the direction of Ferguson Funeral Home.
