Graveside services for Janelle Saylors, 71, of Anadarko, formerly of Chickasha, will be held at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, January 15, 2019 at Rose Hill Cemetery with Reverend Felecia Hensley officiating.
Janelle Saylors was born July 27, 1947 in Chickasha, Oklahoma. She left for her heavenly home on Thursday, January 10, 2019 in Anadarko, Oklahoma after a long battle with Alzheimer’s disease.
Janelle had a beautiful voice and loved singing in the Sweet Adeline’s Chorus, the quartet, church choir, and solos at church. She loved spending time with the love of her life, her husband, Jim Saylors. They enjoyed traveling and spending time with the grandkids.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Ebb Henderson and Vera (Martin) Henderson; her sister, Geraldine Parton; her husband, Jim Saylors; and her grandson, Aaron Harris.
Janelle is survived by her brother, Fred Loughridge of Tuttle; daughter and son-in-law, Gina and Carl Taylor of Anadarko; daughter, Jana McGill and her fiancé, Chris Lauch of Carrolton, Texas; grandkids and great-grandkids, Mandie, Derik and Noah ONeal of Lawton; Brooklynn Harris (daughter of the late Aaron Harris) of Rush Springs; Mitchell, Fernanda and Zandyr Curtis of Lawton; Ashton, Oscar, Anthony, Jaxon and Alex Flores of Sherman, Texas; James Harris and Paige Hopson of Rush Springs; Taralyn Curtis and Ryder Igo of Chickasha; MacKenzie, Ty, and Raelynn Pool of Ninnekah; Carley Taylor and Chance Taylor of Anadarko; and other extended family and friends.
Services are under the direction of Ferguson Funeral Home.
