A graveside service for Fannie Wylene McCoy, 76, of Ninnekah, will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 21, 2023 in the Denison Cemetery in Idabel, Oklahoma.
Fannie Wylene (Sullivan) McCoy was born on February 15, 1947 to John L. Sullivan and Katrina J. (Clark) Sullivan. She passed from this life on Saturday, December 16, 2023 in Ninnekah, Oklahoma.
Fannie grew up in Idabel and Garden City, Kansas. At a young age, she married John Robert McCoy and to this union two of her sons were born. The family lived in many places over the years, but came to Oklahoma to be near family and for work.
Fannie loved her work as an LPN in nursing homes. She enjoyed playing the accordion, the piano, and singing. She spent a lot of time with her grandbabies and loved being with them.
She was preceded in death by both parents and a sister Dee Morgan.
Loved ones left to remember her are her sons John David McCoy of Chickasha, Robert Dean Sullivan of Auburn, California, and Larry Don McCoy and wife Sandy of Ashland City, Tennessee; and sister Johnny Kay Moyer of Ninnekah; twelve grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren; and other extended family and friends.
There will be no viewing. The service is under the direction of Ferguson Funeral Home
