Elnora (Wilson) Carter was born February 25, 1936 in Atoka, Oklahoma to Walter G. Wilson and Valentine (Wise) Wilson. She died Friday, March 27, 2020 at her home in Chickasha, Oklahoma.
Elnora married Roy Lee Carter on November 10, 1959 in Atoka, Oklahoma. She was a 4th grade teacher.
She was preceded in death by both her parents and a daughter, Carolyn.
Survivors include her husband, Roy, of the home and other extended family and friends.
Cremation arrangements are under the directions of Ferguson Funeral Home.
