Private memorial graveside services for E. J. Busby, 58, of Amber, will be held at a later date by the family at Fairlawn Cemetery in Chickasha, Oklahoma.
E. J. Busby was born December 17, 1956 in Chickasha, Oklahoma, to Ervin Busby and Mary Frances (Miller) Busby. He died Monday, April 13, 2015 at his home in Amber, Oklahoma.
E. J. grew up in Chickasha and attended Chickasha Public Schools. He was employed at Delta Faucet and later went to work for Hoffman Trucking, where he retired after 29 years due to his health.
He enjoyed working on cars and spending time with his family.
E. J. was preceded in death by both parents, one brother, Bill Roe, and one sister, Alzoria Byford.
Survivors include his sister, Okla Brewer of Chickasha; brother and sister-in-law, Noland and Harlene Long of Maude; sister, Deborah Brown of Chickasha; sister and brother-in-law, Guwanna and Vollie Moore of Amber; a special mom, Loretta Moore; a special niece, Dedra McMullen; many nieces and nephews; and other extended family and friends.
Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Ferguson Funeral Home.
