Funeral services for Dustin Ray Payne, 37, of Chickasha, will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, November 30, 2019 in the Ferguson Funeral Home Chapel.
Dustin Ray Payne was born October 4, 1982 in Chickasha, Oklahoma, the son of Lloyd Ray Payne and Darla (Mosley) Ellis. He died on Saturday, November 23, 2019.
Dustin grew up in Chickasha and graduated from Chickasha High School in 2001. He then attended USAO as an Art major.
He married Tonia Robertson and to this union his son, Colton Ray was born.
He worked in the oilfield until 2013, starting as a roughneck and working his way up to MWD Coordinator for Calmena Energy Services. In 2013, he took over the family business, Paw Paws Hamburgers, which he currently owned and operated.
Dustin married Allicia Lay and to this union his daughters, Charlea, Laney, Cozee and Landrey were born.
He loved listening to music, attending concerts and playing the guitar. He also enjoyed art and painting as well as cooking. Spending time with his family was important to him and he worked very hard for them. He was greatly loved and will be deeply missed.
Dustin was preceded in death by his father, Lloyd Ray Payne; grandparents, Wayne and Juanita Payne and Glen and Omega Mosley; uncles, Rex Payne and Jimmy Mosley; and aunt, Vickie Chaney.
Survivors include his wife, Allicia of Chickasha; children, Colton Ray Payne, Charlea Ray Payne, Laney Kay Payne, Cozee May Payne and Landrey Fay Payne; mother, Darla Ellis; brother, Austin Payne; sister, Allison Ellis; niece, Ellie Austin; and other extended family and friends.
Viewing for Dustin will be on Friday, November 29th at Ferguson Funeral Home from 11:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m.
