Funeral services for Deborah Joyce Nichols, 58, of Chickasha, will be held at 11:00 on Tuesday, September 23, 2014 in the Ferguson Funeral Home Chapel with Danny Carlisle officiating.
Deborah Joyce Nichols was born on January 9, 1956 in Chickasha, Oklahoma, the daughter of Fritz Elijah Badertscher and Joyce Celene (Rogers) Badertscher. She passed away on September 20, 2014 in Chickasha.
Deborah was born and raised in Chickasha, Oklahoma. Early in her life she was married to Billy Gene Carlisle and from this union two sons were born, Danny and Randy Carlisle. Later, she married Jimmy Tarbox and from this union two children were born, James and Delilah Tarbox.
She was employed at Sentry Manufacturing Company and also at Delta Faucet Company, both in Chickasha.
Deborah loved watching T.V. and spending time with her grandchildren. She also loved animals.
She is preceded in death by her parents and a granddaughter, Taylor Lane Carlisle.
Survivors include son and daughter-in-law, Danny and Misha Carlisle of Elgin; son and daughter-in-law, Randy and Angel Carlisle of Ninnekah; son, James Tarbox of Anadarko; daughter and son-in-law, Delilah and Allen Moore of Verden; sister, Lillian Norton of Chickasha; brother, Roger Badertscher of Oklahoma City; brother and sister-in-law, Hank and Sandy Badertscher of Rush Springs; twelve grandchildren; as well as several nieces, nephews, and a lot of friends.
Interment will be in Bradley Cemetery under the direction of Ferguson Funeral Home.
