Funeral services for Craig Eugene Pendarvis, 57, of Anadarko, will be held at 11:00am on Thursday, July 13, 2017 at Grace Christian Fellowship Church in Anadarko with Pastor Ted Mercer officiating and Justin Pendarvis assisting.
Craig Pendarvis was born November 17, 1959 to Dorthy “Sug” Pendarvis and Willie “Sonny” Norwood. He passed on July 9 th , 2017 at his home in Anadarko, Oklahoma. Craig graduated from Anadarko High School, where he met his sweetheart Mila Tomagos. Craig was an employee for 25 years at Delta Faucet, Silver Buffalo Casino, and currently employed at Gold River Casino as a security guard. Craig loved his family especially his wife of 32 years, four girls, and his grandchildren. Craig loved to be with family and friends, play cards “Tonk It Up”. Most of all he loved spending time with his grandchildren. Craig enjoyed eating the Ultimate Feast with a tall glass of Bud Light at Red Lobster. He was a diehard Dallas Cowboys fan and he loved Kobe Bryant. Craig was a hard working loving man who always put his wife and kids first and kept his home open to all. He was always known to speak his mind in the most comical way. All of his daughters agree that they were each his favorite and he was fiercely protective of them.
Craig “Norwood” is survived by his daughters Christina Pendarvis (Demetrice) of Moore, Melissa Pendarvis (Matthew) of Moore, Kara & Kitaro Johnson of Moore, My’Kael Pendarvis (Chad) of Anadarko; his grandchildren Alaysia Pendarvis, Amylia & Amya Peteet, Ayden King, and Amari Williams; his siblings, sister Sharon Post of Oklahoma City, Pamela & Gordon Brown of Killeen, Texas; brothers Jeff & Kenyeta Pendarvis of Lawton and Jerrel & Diane Pendarvis of Anadarko. Sisters-in-law, Josie & Sylvester Cruikshank of Anadarko, Teresa Tomagos of Anadarko, Shirley Moore of Atlanta Georgia, brothers-in-law, Nido & Felicia Tomagos of Chickasha, Jose Tomagos of Phillipines, and Carlos & Marcie Moore (My’Kael Coleman) of Edmond; a host of nieces and nephews and other extended family and friends.
Interment will be in Memory Lane Cemetery in Anadarko under the direction of Ferguson Funeral Home.
