A funeral service for Bill David “Bunk” Parrott, III, 29, of Cement, will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 26, 2023 in the Cement First Baptist Church with Pastor Casey Fine officiating.
Bill David Parrott, III, known to all as Bunk, was born March 8, 1993 in Chickasha, Oklahoma to Monica Ann Moore and Bill David Parrott, Jr. He was a miracle baby, an answered prayer. He was raised by his mom Monica and his dad, Rodney Swarts. He passed from this life on Friday, January 20, 2023 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Bunk grew up in Cement and met the love of his life, Michaela Stover at the early age of twelve. They were married and loved one another deeply. He loved his children greatly.
He was a roughneck in the oilfield and was very proud of his work. He was a friend to all and brought joy to everyone around him, always knowing the right thing to say to make you feel better and give great comfort. Bunk was loud and was the life of the party. He was godly and loving, whatever anyone needed he would give it, whether he had it to give or not. He knew he was a strong person. In his down-time he enjoyed fishing and working on automobiles, with his brother Jake.
Bunk, you will be deeply missed.
He was preceded in death by his father Bill David Parrott, Jr., infant son Cameron Blake Parrott, and grandparents Bill Parrott, Sr., Kathy Parrott, and Shirley Morris.
Survivors include his wife Michaela Parrott; children Bill David Parrott, IV, Waylon Stover, Aaylah Parrott, Jeremiah Parrott, and Easton Parrott; mom and dad Monica Moore and Rodney Swarts; sisters and brother, Felicia Glass and husband Travis, Destiny Havens and husband Colt, Maegan Parrott and fiancé Jonathan, and Jacob Moore and fiancée Shiloh; nieces and nephews Hannah, Heavyn, Layla, Ayden, Nevaeh, Madden, Maeli, Swayden, Kiersy, Monica and one on the way; aunts, uncles and many other exended family and friends.
Interment will be in Cement Cemetery under the direction of Ferguson Funeral Home.
