On Tuesday, November 13, 2018, Billie Ann Thomas, wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother passed away at the age of 83 years old.
Billie was born weighing 4 pounds on August 27, 1935 in Chickasha, Oklahoma to Lucille (Crutcher) Turner and Conrad Turner. She grew into a beautiful woman that gave birth to five children. She graduated from the University of Science and Arts in 1968 and taught kindergarten for 12 years.
Billie found her soul mate in Melvin Thomas and was married on August 29, 1969. She was an avid reader and a talented artist. She enjoyed spending her time with her husband Melvin, on their rural acreage east of Chickasha. She admired nature and lovingly cared for wildlife.
She was preceded in death by both parents and two of her children Mark and Deanna.
She is survived by her husband Melvin, of the home, son Claude Rogers and his wife Debbie, son Quintin Rogers and his wife Stacie and daughter Kathy Brandt. She will also be lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Travis Brandt, Devin Rogers, Shane Kepler, Rachel Kepler, Whitney Sudhoff and her husband Jordan Sudhoff and three great-grandsons Hudson Mark, Jude, and Dean Sudhoff.
Billie will be cremated and wished to have a small private family ceremony.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Ferguson Funeral Home.
